Outgoing calls to clients;
Response to clients’ requests via chat and email;
Analysis of client requests (chat, email);
Conflicts resolution.
What we expect from you:
Professional level in Hindi and English languages
Relevant experience in English support (voice and chat)
Good verbal communication
The ability to efficiently work in a team
Stress resistance
Computer literacy

Working shift time 52, 8 hours shift, night shifts are also included;
