ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates has to attend inbound and outbound calls of UK and US customers.
In the chat process solve the queries of customers.
Handle all the Emails and Chat of UK and US customers and solve the problems.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Graduates / Under Graduates with good communication skills.
Tech Graduates willing to work in a US Healthcare KPO can also apply.
Freshers & Candidates with International Voice experience can also apply.
Immediate joiners.
Excellent command of English (Verbal & Written).
Willing to work in US shifts
