Salary: 10.5 to 15LPA (Expected)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
Responsibility:
➤Build new analytical tools, interfacing with business & technical stakeholders
➤Develop models & metrics providing insights on customer & seller experience & performance
➤Manage the business metrics reporting process
➤Drive process efficiency & automation
➤Collaborate with Program & Products Managers to identify new customer opportunities/insights
Qualification Skills:
➤Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
➤Capability to Organize & execute
➤Good to have experience in technical support background
➤Ability to Solve Operation Issues Using Technology (preferred skill)
➤Understanding HTML, X-Path and Regular Expression & SQL are preferred skills
➤Willing to work in shifts including work on weekends, & outside of the “standard” workday and if required only 24/7/365 availability,
➤To receive security clearance all candidates must undergo a background check.
