Job Responsibilities:
- This role requires good written & Verbal English language communication.
- The candidate should be able to read and understand the partner’s query
- Provide End to End solution in case of queries/clarification from the channel partners from Western Europe & ISE.
- There is an immediate requirement for this role.
- We need this resource onboard at the earliest so that team can have a clear focus on the aging cases and Enhance the channel partner experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
- Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.
- Committed to quality, including security and performance
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred skill:
- Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English and local language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic understanding of project management methodology.
- Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.
