JOB ROLE:
- Work closely with Sales Ops team to support sales processes including standard work around Funnel Management.
- Implement the strategy partnering with IT and Sales team members.
- Co-operate with Global counterparts to look for proven methodologies.
- Incorporate industry proven practices in requirements analysis and system testing methodologies into standard work
- Participate in deployment projects as a configuration analyst.
- Document business requirements, process diagrams and flows, functional requirements and data mapping.
- Maintain salesforce application.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree Computer Science, Information Systems of related programs
- Salesforce administrator and platform app builder certifications are required.
- Salesforce, CPQ and Other CRM Tools.
- Comfortable with Marketing Automation Tools like Marketo.
