– Learn to Develop and maintain the Salesforce and Salesforce.com platform to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
– Work closely with the Senior Development leads and help them with the development activities.
– Understand the working culture and gain the required domain knowledge required for the day-to-day job functions.
– Gain the application knowledge and ability to support the team in administrating and developing the new and existing application features.

Responsibilities

– Gain the application knowledge and ability to support the team in administrating and developing the new and existing application features.

– Learn and Provide day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce applications.

– Configure page layouts, Reporting Snapshots, Roles & Profiles, Permission Sets, Custom Permissions, FLS, and Sharing Rules

-Partner with Salesforce developers to the solution when customization is needed. -Lean and support on how to manage and address production support issues.

– Support the creation and maintenance of documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as applications are developed
