Roles and Responsibilities

Flipkart Recruitment Key Responsibilities:

Primarily focus should be on the sale of products to probable retailers within a

specific region.

Arrange meetings with the existing/New retailers or visit their offices to

persuade them to buy a product & onboard them to the company retailer App.

Should provide a concise description of the products and services to retailers

and also drawing attention to the benefits of existing marketing schemes.

Must also survey to figure out the current trends in the industry such

as prices of the products and the demand for them etc.

Must focus on increasing the business by making various sales targets

and estimating sales targets.

Flipkart Recruitment Desired Candidate Profile

Should be competitive and confident

Energetic, Relationship building skills, good convincing & communication skills,

Knowledge of the local language and market is a must

Should be able to take initiative and work on their own to achieve targets.

Be a good team player.

Should have good knowledge of the smartphone industry.

Must have a two- Wheeler and smartphone (Android/IOS)
