Join us as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst

  • We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by investigating their queries and understanding their needs
  • You’ll be liaising with customers and businesses to accurately collect information in order to solve their queries
  • You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different customers on a daily basis
  • We’re offering this role at senior analyst level

What you’ll do

As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst, you’ll be responding to queries from customers promptly and tactfully within our SLAs. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to listen to our customers, develop relationships with them and maintain an understanding of their needs at all times.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Authorising and investigating all transactions to our KPIs
  • Collecting and analysing the required information from the customers and businesses
  • Reviewing processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve the customer and business experience

The skills you’ll need

In order to excel in this role, you’ll have strong customer service abilities along with customer and industry knowledge. You’ll also work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
  • An understanding of our industry and its customers
  • Experience of managing stakeholder relationships

Job description HR Case Consultant

  • In this important role you’ll manage a varied portfolio of HR cases, providing advice and support to our people managers
  • You’ll lead and give assistance to project activity to enhance our HR services
  • You’ll be making a critical contribution to the bank, while gaining invaluable experience and exposure in a vital area of the organisation
  • We’re offering this role at associate vice president level

What you’ll do

You’ll use your HR experience and ability to advise, guide, and support line managers across all divisions at the bank. With a portfolio of health and safety cases, workstation assessments and health benefit cases, you’ll apply relevant policies, guidelines, and employment law to manage your workload effectively.

We’ll also need you to:

  • Probe, evaluate and diagnose complex HR situations and provide practical solutions at all levels
  • Minimise risk to the business by ensuring a consistent approach to diagnosis of the issues and the subsequent advice, action and relevant documentation
  • Complete the appropriate administrative protocols for health benefit scheme accepts and declines, keeping the applicant informed and making sure that all the relevant information is available and documented
  • Manage relationships with appropriate third parties to make sure that workplace adjustments are implemented efficiently and smoothly
  • Plan capability building and leading initiatives for buisness and new manage

The skills you’ll need

With excellent people and communication skills, you’ll need in-depth knowledge and experience of HR policies and procedures and employment law. You’ll use your coaching and conflict resolution skills to support our people managers at all levels.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • At least a minimum of eight years of experience and five years of experience in employee grievance or advisory services
  • The ability to balance multiple, conflicting priorities 
  • The ability to adapt where appropriate to minimise risk for the business
  • Good time management and organisational skills to keep on top of your workload
  • To engage and interface with HRBPs
  • Coach the case consultant through the case management audit and train the new joiners with the learning phase support
