ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Table of Contents
- Ensure service level adherence to provide a seamless learning experience to the Students, so as to enhance their experience with NxtWave.
- Handle escalations and complex queries.
- Manage large amounts of Emails/Voice calls.
- Provide support in resolving learners’ issues via Voice Call / Email.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
REQUIREMENT:
- Should be fluent in English
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Having a prior experience in Customer Support is an added advantage
