The Economist Group Job Role & responsibility
– Responsible for handling sales escalations (complaints)
– Support sales performance via tasks outlined in the job description
– Support quality assurance via tasks outlined in the job description
– Join and contribute to daily calls with the outsourced contact center, and occasionally stand in for Sales Manager when they are unavailable
– Spend regular time on-site at our outsourced contact center in Bangalore to support and drive sales and quality performance
Experience, skills, and professional attributes
– Experience and working knowledge of the contact center environment
– Direct experience working in a sales/retention team within a contact center
– Skills to interact effectively within a client/supplier relationship, providing guidance, focus, and coaching
