Job Description:

Coordinating with the Team Leaders & HR department for the hiring of new employees

Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees in terms of procuring physical assets, getting new employees to access to internal working software & apps & coordinating with training SPOC for employee training

Providing timely incentive calculation updates to the sales team

Management of product & merchandising inventory

Generate reordering of products as per defined SOP

Conducting monthly inventory asset audits & reconciliation with concerned departments

Assisting resigned employees by coordinating between HR & IT departments for smooth separation, Full & final settlement, handover of assets, etc

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Minimum graduate degree

Prior experience working in sales coordination preferred

Needs to have a working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, & Word

Required Education:

Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
