Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor operations of the assigned stores and suggest & deploy improvements
• Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions
• Foresee implications based on current data and trends
• Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation, problem-solving, and recur prevention
• Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy
• Train & direct associates for action and conformance to norms & practices
• Visit the stores for various operational conformance, restrictions, and norms
• Conduct ops checklist based on SOP

• Key job responsibilities
• Communicating with team and operations stakeholders.
• Managing amazon driven process at 3p stores.
• Providing training and one-point lessons to ground staff to implement Amazon Operation processes.
• Perform daily/ weekly site audits
• Travel to site locations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Strong MS office knowledge

2. Willingness to travel

3. Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal

4. Exposure to ERP, operations dashboard, and tools

5. Previous experience in FMCG/ E-commerce

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail

3. Engineering graduate preferable
