JOB Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate, follow up and schedule candidates for the interview process
- Drive data collection, analysis, and management decision inducing reporting in a frequent and timely manner
- Operational tracking and reporting where required
- Maintain and update records in the database as required.
- Support various initiatives with respect to smooth execution, monitoring, analyzing, and tracking the outcomes
- Develop a good understanding of key TA functions and business impact
- Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving TA initiatives
SKILL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to upskill with other tools, programs if any
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
