ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Lead a team of engineers and specialists who deliver technical support across all Google Cloud products and work as part of a team that globally ensures customer support at any time. This will include a need to sometimes work non-standard work hours or shifts.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into a better product. Recognize trends in customer feedback and escalate issues within Google.
Partner with Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering to manage production incidents in real-time, with emphasis on timely and thorough issue identification and customer communication.
Resolve high-profile escalations and issues, improve the customer experience and drive initiatives that increase their likelihood of success.
Develop the vision, goals, and priorities, and work alongside the team to achieve them. Ensure high-quality customer service and ongoing technical skill development.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POLICY CONSULTATION MANAGER
Manage Google Play policy requests from across Trust and Safety and other Product Areas, providing guidance for high visibility escalations, gray area cases, inquiries, and singular scenarios that might require exceptional handling.
Conduct trend analysis on past requests to understand any gaps in policy coverage and/or processes, and help identify opportunities for improvement to reduce repeated requests/increase efficiencies.
Create and refine processes, systems, and tools, and help expand our support and awareness of the emerging product and policy escalations/issues as these come our way. Maintain and improve the Policy Consultation team s coverage and knowledge of Google Play policies and processes.
Lead deep-dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and work with Process Excellence, Engineering, Product, and Tools to optimize our workflows.
Provide occasional off-hours coverage to support an incident.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, EDUCATION AND GOVERNMENT, LARGE CUSTOMER SALES
Educate the market on Google s advertising solutions.
Unlock the clients’ offline budget and shift their marketing to a digital mix model. Build relationships with customers and agencies and educate them on digital transformation.
Analyze data, trends, and performance. Develop strategic plans and prepare and conduct strategic, consultative presentations.
Leverage internal specialist teams to identify opportunities to enhance advertiser performance and investment. Collaborate with an internal cross-functional team, and build innovative, successful case studies, and scale proof points.
Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google s products and services and client’s business and digitization of the industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CUSTOMER ONBOARDING STRATEGIST
Manage a new customer portfolio to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
Deliver against customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Program teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Apply creative ways to improve our customer relationships, and communicate proactively with customers.
Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment, by working with them in a consultative role.
