Role and Responsibility :

• SLA Compliance: Execute transaction as per prescribed guidelines and timelines Process Compliance: Execute client transactions, attends to the transactions, verifies basic information, and closes customer queries/issues as per defined SOP/Parameters prescribed Customer Interaction: Resolves individual cases that need to be re-work in order to achieve high C-SAT Knowledge Management: Shares experience in order to facilitate capture of tacit knowledge Process Reengineering: Delivers on the new process/approach in order to meet client/internal goals
