ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure service level adherence to provide a seamless learning experience to the Students, so as to enhance their experience with NxtWave.
  • Handle escalations and complex queries.
  • Manage large amounts of Emails/Voice calls.
  • Provide support in resolving learners’ issues via Voice Call / Email.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

REQUIREMENT:

  • Should be fluent in English
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Having a prior experience in Customer Support is an added advantage
