Job Role & Responsbility

In this role, you will support the Workforce Solutions and Systems team within the Deloitte Global People team with analytics and report development specific to Workforce Planning.

Responsible for data extraction, analysis, report preparation & delivery to various DTTL business leaders on a weekly/monthly basis.

Maintain data dictionary, terminology, and other documentation (SOPs) associated with all the reports.

Responsible for capturing the status of weekly/monthly reports deliverables and sharing the status report with the Manager.

Responsible for tracking the changes in report deliverables, including new report requests, recipients list maintenance, addressing the additional filed requirements, etc.

Work with the technology team to perform various testing activities that involve Tableau Scorecards, SAP report enhancements, etc.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience

Required Skills:

0 – 1.8 years of relevant experience in data analytics and reporting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to plan work and meet deadlines

Superior language proficiency in English

Strong tool knowledge and functionality understanding

Possess analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
