 Job responsibilities 

• Preparation of non-technical business communications and presentations; from a layout and a content perspective.

•  Provide assistance with project-based work; be able to work independently in support of a project lead.

• Organization, coordination, and preparation of internal and external (virtual) meetings and events.

• Perform other administrative work as required; this may include handling incoming and outgoing e-mail and other correspondence; managing the agenda and arranging travel; input timesheets and expenses; document filing on the internal database. 

Qualifications Required:

• Any Bachelor’s degree

• Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• You have a thorough knowledge of basic PC software.

• You can work independently and plan and are flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.

• You are solution and customer-oriented, with great perseverance.
