Job Description:

• Ensure that the report complies with the client-defined standards on data quality and aesthetics.  
• Ensure that deliverable is submitted well on time as per the client’s SLA.  
• Handle client queries, complaints, issues, & questions.  
• Aim for improved quality, efficiency, & high speed.  
• Active participation & contribution to team discussion on problem-solving, brainstorming, effective approaches to deal with project-specific issues, etc 
• Disseminating knowledge within the team & entire group.

Qualifications we seek in you!

• Any Graduate, MBA, Marketing / Market Research Knowledge (* for non-MBA)

• French Linguist (Read/Write/Speak) – B1 Level

• Relevant work experience
