ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You need to Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash, bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
Your role is to identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost & profitability and propose appropriate actions.
You need to ensure your client’s Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
The candidate should have the capability to handle order fulfillment, Collecting and applying for Cash payments
You need to experience identifying duplicate records in the Vendor Invoice receipt, verify and process the invoice accurately and in a timely manner
You should possess Knowledge to match Invoices and identify errors and resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices and reduce the aging of invoice
You should be part of a team that is Compliant to SOX – e.g. documents to be posted after due Approval
You should have good experience in handling manual & automatic payment requests along with verification and payment run proposals.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
You should have Proficient in Microsoft Office applications & familiar with Accounting terminologies
You should have Experienced in handling queries via calls & emails is highly desired.
You should be able to Comprehend & process data, handle order fulfillment, collect and apply cash payments
You should follow procedures, comfortable in adapting to transformation within the business unit
