HR Community Leadership

Partners across the Human Resources (HR) model to foster seamless, high-quality delivery of HR services (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, statutory reporting).

HR Governance

Participates in geography governance committee (e.g., establishes and manages governance and policies for assigned countries).

Contributes to Human Resources (HR) alignment within stakeholder businesses for the specific countries.

Helps ensure HR information within the organization is accurate and up to date (e.g., immigration, mobility, offer governance).

Drives compliance with Microsoft practices around HR activities.

Assists with corporate opportunities for improving HR processes.

Contracts with various stakeholders to help ensure execution of deliverables (e.g., Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs).

Statutory Accountability

Gains knowledge of laws, regulations, standards, and emerging trends that may affect Human Resources policies (HR) and execution of these (e.g., legal signatories, health and safety, benefits).

Collaborates with the team to follow compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory environment.

Employee Experience/Engagement

Supports process implementation into the lived experiences of new hires, employees, managers, and leaders.

Assists with internal communications to ensure alignment on messages.

Supports optimal investments in employee experiences while contributing to the end-to-end employee experience for business impact.

Projects, Programs, and Initiatives

Participates in projects, programs, and initiatives.

Crisis Management Team (CMT) and Disaster Recovery

Assists team members in executing during a crisis management situation, including emergency responses, disaster recovery, risk management, communications, and business continuity.
