Prerequisites MBA Degree with specialization in Finance or Marketing Systems.

Dual specialization is also accepted

Experience Preferred (not must) in IT or Financial services (including insurance) or Business Consulting industry Freshers will be accepted

Role & responsbility

The opportunity is to work as a business analyst and consultant for the Insurance vertical comprising Life (including investment-linked), Annuity, Retirements Pensions, Property, and Casualty insurance Basic skills requirement:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (including presentation skills)

Should have good documentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and Word.

Exposure to concepts in the IT industry e.g., Software development methodologies, Database modeling concepts.

A sound appreciation of foundational concepts learned in Management across the duration of the course covering Finance, Marketing, and Systems Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries (Nice to have) and Business Analysis experience (Nice to have)

Should have knowledge and experience in gathering analysis requirements, elicitation, and documentation (Functional & Non-Functional Requirements)

Should know writing use cases and business process modeling.
