About the role:
The role is tech support where an individual will be assisting Paytm merchants to
implement the payment services.
Expectations/ Requirements
The individual will be responsible for assisting Paytm’s Merchant with the integration of Paytm
Payment products.
The individual will be working along with Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team to
understand different product suites and their implementation.
The individual will take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported
by the merchants.
The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external stakeholders
involved in the Paytm payment product integration process.
The individual will support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within
an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via
different workflow tools.
The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date
technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language.
The individual will be accountable to ensure the successful implementation of platform integration
between Paytm and Merchants
Skills role
Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and platform(Android, iOS,
Hybrid Apps, Plugins)
Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms
Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions team for
products and services will be preferred but not mandatory
Educational Qulaifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent.
