ROLE: FINANCIAL ANALYST

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
🔸Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
🔸Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
🔸Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
🔸Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
🔸Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
🔸Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
🔸Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
🔸Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
🔸Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
🔸Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
🔸Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
🔸Managing the budget of R&D and Tooling cost for the project by coordinating with all the buyers and clients.
🔸Documentation and reporting of results to the clients and other respective individuals.
🔸Reviewing proposed schedules.
🔸Ability to communicate and discuss with the management and finance team of a company to understand the company’s current situation and future strategies.
🔸Maintain compliance with the standards followed in the project.
⭐ SKILLS REQUIRED ⭐
🔸Understanding of accounting process and financial analysis.
🔸B.com/ MBA Degree in Finance.
🔸Possesses 2 – 5 years of experience in areas of Financial Reporting and standards.
🔸Ratio Analysis, Common Size analysis, Management Discussion & Analysis of companies.
🔸Must have Good knowledge of valuation techniques.
🔸Strong oral and written communication skills.
🔸Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
🔸Ability to influence stakeholders and take decisions.
🔸Ability to coordinate with clients, buyers, and management of companies.
🔸Proven analytical and organizational ability.
🔸A strong work ethic, motivation to succeed, and the ability to influence.
