JOB DESCRIPTION
🔸Handling calls of customers to resolve their queries
🔸Receiving & placing customer service telephone calls
🔸Maintaining solid customer relationships with customers by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
🔸Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
🔸Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
SKILLS REQUIRED
▪️Applicnat should be Min12th Passed.
🔸If you are Fresher & or you are experienced both can apply
▪️Should possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
🔸Should possess Laptop/Desktop enabled with the original version of windows 10 and connected through Broadband/Wi-Fi. Must have active antivirus
▪️Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in the last 3 months
🔸Should be Customer orientation.
▪️Able to work in 24/7 Shifts
🔸No planned leave for the upcoming 3 months after joining
▪️9 hours of the day, 8 hrs. work, and a 1-hour break
🔸Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy
