Enhance opportunities in people experience space by identifying new software/service to be developed/deployed
Analyse and decompose complex requirements
Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
Ensure exploitation of systems to drive & embed value Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert to understand and facilitate the business requirements
Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
Facilitate change and configuration management
Monitor inflight projects and propose necessary actions.
Validate the functionality of the product according to the requirement specifications
Analyze the existing HR systems and highlight areas of improvement
Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports
SKILL SETS
Core understanding of the Business Partnering role
Analytical ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions
Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software, and services in use for delivering information services
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Management methodologies
Broad knowledge and understanding of IT systems and how they apply, or could be applied, to supported business process areas.
Working knowledge of data and process modeling
Grip over digital tools concepts like PowerApps, Power BI, Immersive, Metaverse, AR/VR/MR
Good command of spoken and written communication
Organizational and presentation skills
Understanding HR Business processes, procedures would be an added advantage
