Wipro is hiring candidates for the post of Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship administration
- Liase with the numerous stake holders in the OM delivery sector
- Usage of the Customer’s tools / Follow up of the Customer’s processes & procedures
- Meeting Customer’s expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
- Management of all incoming requests/orders
- Manages all non-recurrent requests from management and / or Customer (as per Service Level Agreement).
- Knows and uses the escalation matrix (both internally and with the Customer). Management of the backlog (orders and orders related requests)
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate from any stream
