Job Description
As the HR Data Analyst, you will work under the guidance of our HR lead. You’ll partner with HR and Talent analyst teams to create valuable dashboards, reporting, and analysis,
Partner with other key stakeholders to develop specific reports and pull specific data relating to key challenges to meet the demands of the business
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key workforce indicators in complex datasets
Combine data from internal and external systems to provide meaningful analysis
Learn to operate our HR systems in order to extract relevant reports for further analysis
Roles & Responsibilities:
An analytical mindset and excited about working with data
Strong Excel skills, with particular emphasis on data cleaning and advanced analytics
Experience in metrics and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solutions focused, problem solver
Attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities
Can work autonomously and show initiative
Experience in an HR team would be great by not essential
Qualifications:
