Wipro recruitment Job Role Responsibility

ADE should have the ability to be a trusted partner to the client – CIO in enabling the organization’s technological transformation

He /She will work closely with them on account level execution, delivery & operational excellence and lead cross/upselling initiatives

He/ She will represent the ‘One Wipro Delivery’ view to the GAE and be responsible for day-to-day delivery

Responsible for ‘delivery-led-growth’ by holistic positioning of Wipro’s capabilities

In collaboration with the delivery leadership and account executives, be responsible to engage with and retain account-level top talents

Compliance and risk management – proactively assess and mitigate business risk, covering reputation, delivery, contract, profit, and others

Solution assurance to our clients

Institutionalize delivery approach across service lines in the account aligned with the CDO’s delivery processes

KPI – Account Revenue, Gross Margin, Fresher index, Pyramid, CSAT, Attrition, Rotation, Automation

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Should have the ability to be the proxy CIO

Experience in managing delivery & operations of customer accounts including:

Account P&L management

Customer relationship management

Leading large transformation programs including multiple technologies

Experience in working in the respective market unit region

Skills

Good interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and reconcile differences

Understanding of IT organization processes, metrics, and structure

Strong analytical skills

Articulate with executive presence

Leadership skills to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team

Ability to demonstrate leadership to close time-critical tasks
