Purpose of the Role:

The Call Monitoring Analyst will be part of the Global Collections Legal Collections Audit team and will assist in monitoring Outside Agency and Law Firm partners in the US market with adherence to collection guidelines and principles related to AXP requirements/policies and US regulatory statutes.

 The candidate will be responsible to conduct phone monitoring tests of collection calls performed by American Express’ Legal collection law firms.

The candidate will be required to document compliance with the calls that are reviewed and present a finished report of the findings.

Responsibilities:

The phone monitoring job is charged with ensuring all potential risk related potential errors with these calls in the US market is minimized. 

You will be required to capture errors and review remediation that is adequate to eliminate errors and potential risk gaps. 

In addition, there is some reporting functions that are generated out of this team. 

Communication with our partners is essential. 

Emails, Powerpoint, and effective verbal communication on individual and joint conference calls is part of the analyst’s responsibility.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of EXCEL is preferred in order to support the reporting function.
