ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You need to ensure maintenance of Books of accounts including finance management and Assets Accounting,
Assuring implementation of standard procedures relating to the arrival of stock,
Maintenance of stock in the godowns
Physical verification of stock in warehouse and Reconciliation with Book Stock Invoicing
Your role is to do reconciliation of Vendor/Supplier Ledger
Reconciliation of Inter-Office Balance
Ensuring proper compliance with all statutory formalities like service tax, GST filing, etc
You need to coordinate with internal auditors
You need to ensure proper utilization of budget, etc
You need to do a Reconciliation of the Vendor/Supplier Ledger & Inter-Office balance
You need to Preparation of Transporter bills
Preparation of Journal vouchers and payments
Other accounts related to works
Settling employee tour bills and other bills
Ensure proper transportation of stocks and other commercial activities, etc
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
The candidate should be a first-class graduate in any discipline with full-time & two years post-graduation in management or first-class Postgraduate Commerce.
The Candidate should also have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience.
The age should not be more than 28 years.
The candidates having knowledge of the local language Telugu need only apply.
