♣ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ♣
🔸Managing compliance analysis, reporting, and delivery for multiple countries in regards to Withholding taxes [i.e. Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) / Tax Collection at Source(TCS) ]
🔸Creating and maintaining centralized/standard processes across all countries.
🔸Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams and Project teams in implementing Business changes / growing to new geos.
🔸Responsible for all accounting activities, including a timely month-end close, periodic balance sheet and income statement reviews, and journal voucher preparation and posting
🔸Liaise with Regional Leads and Accounting Hub team to ensure that there are consistent processes across all regions and treatment of corporate finance policies
🔸Responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in accounting functions
🔸Strong organizational and administration skills, with the ability to anticipate business needs quickly.
🔸Be a self-starter, always innovative and ambitious.
🔸Participate and engage in upcoming projects & initiatives.
♣ SKILL REQUIREMENTS ♣
🔹5+ years of accounting experience.
🔹Excellent communication and social skills.
Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience. Solid working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
