Job description
Executive – User Engagement – USA Shift WFH
Job Summary
- Calling potential customers
- Carrying out product demonstration
- Follow up on existing prospects and identify new potential prospects
- Extend support to potential customers
- Meeting targets set by the company/management.
- Mandatory work from the office
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Graduation or 2-year diploma after 12th / 12th
- Overall experience must not be more than 2 years
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have a 15-day or less notice period.
- The candidate must have a personal laptop & Wi-Fi (Broadband connection)
Working days: 1. Sunday & Monday would be week offs.
2. 5 days working.
Shifts (subject to change): Operational hours will be from 8PM to
5.30AM, with a 45-minute break
