• Manage the inbound process for digital vehicle orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Conduct quality checks on incoming digital vehicles to ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any identified issues

• Ensure seamless integration between digital platforms and operational processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology to enhance operations
• Work closely with various departments, including logistics, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive inbound process.

Mahindra Logistics Hiring Responsibilities for Operations Executive Post – 

• Planning, organizing, controlling and delivering on the daily operations
• Delegation and tracking of responsibility to staff to achieve specific deliverables and ensuring that they meet the same
• Resolution of discrepancy with customer and escalation of the matter when deemed necessary
• Periodic reviews with customer and MLL stake holders on performance and firming up action plan for improvement
• Responsible to maintain the P&L of account and improve the same
• Timely escalation and resolution of IR and other operational issues likely to impact the health of the account
• Focus on improving the warehouse operations according to company’s objective.
