JOB Description:

  •                Expert knowledge in Python
  •                Expert knowledge in popular machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn.
  •                Proficient understanding and application of clustering algorithms (e.g., K-means, hierarchical clustering) for grouping similar data points.
  •                Expertise in classification algorithms (e.g., decision trees, support vector machines, random forests) for tasks such as image recognition
  •                Natural language Processing and recommendation systems.
  •                Proficiency in working with databases, both relational and non-relational like MySQL with experience in designing database schemas
  •                And optimizing queries for Efficient data retrieval.
  •                Strong knowledge in areas like Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Multi-threading, Multi process handling and Memory management.
  •                Good knowledge model evaluation metrics and techniques.
  •                Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments.
  •                Currently working in an Agile scrum team and proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.

  • Responsible for overall Functional / Business Operations and various Transformation initiatives
  • Build/validate Initiatives business case.
  • Orchestrate / manage workshops amongst various stakeholders in order to build consensus.
  • Build financial performance/tracking mechanisms for various initiatives.
  • Create periodic and ad-hoc usage reports which help Leadership with the current situation and actionable insights.
  • Identify & promote success stories and associated stakeholders within the landscape.
  • Work closely with the Marketing/branding team and extend support in driving communications, launching sponsored programs on various internal/external channels.
  • Streamline stakeholder communications processes to ensure timely delivery of content to relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking/analysis of the initiative process, suggesting corrective steps, enhancement if needed.

  • Should have been a PMO and must have been involved in Transformation projects/ programs/ initiatives(preferably HR).
  • Must be good at stakeholder management.
  • Should be good in data analysis, dashboard making, and giving and creating executive presentations.
  • Should have tracked multiple transformation initiatives.

  • Good in MS Excel / Powerpoint for data aggregation/analytics
  • Creative content, blogging, running campaigns
