Job Description

Product Manager to join our Concentrix Business Solution Practice within Smart Assist Solution Group.

This role will be responsible to manage a portfolio of IT Products / Solutions as a Business Solutions Manager.

You will work with cross-functional Concentrix and external stakeholders to develop business requirements, prioritize to implement the Solution Group’s Strategic vision, and ensure continuous improvement of CNX IT Products / Solutions.

This will involve Global Technology assessments and build/buy analysis to satisfy critical technology gaps. 

You will monitor user feedback, develop product roadmaps, and manage product backlogs to align with the product roadmaps.

A successful person in this role will be productive in both technical and go-to-market environments, have deep customer empathy, experience working across internal organizations and external partners to drive results, and design scalable systems.
