Be an avid lover of Instagram Reels & other social media channels: with a strong eye for what’s trending, what could trend, and how could brands ride on the trend wave.

Be an inherently strong team player, who can work closely with copywriters and designers to bring ideas to life.

Be able to identify ‘interesting’ from the ‘mundane’.

Be a good listener, with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Be comfortable having multiple projects on their plates.

Be a constant learner, who is willing to put in the hours every week to stay updated on features and enhancements on all platforms. You observe, practice, and get better every day.

How do we work (Social team)?

We’re a gig team. A combination of business managers, designers, copywriters,

motion graphics professionals, and members. Some of us are on permanent

positions, some of us are freelancing, and some of us are here for short-term

projects. Some of us are in offices, and some of us working remotely. Social Media

Executives receive business briefs, form pods (or temporary project teams) with

suitable resources (copywriters, designers, etc), and see the project through from

thought-to-execution-to-analytics.
