| The key job responsibilities include the following: · Supporting the Engagement team with Onboarding activities which includes Client Set up, Client Opportunity Creations, DRMS (Deloitte Risk Management System) completion, Engagement Code set up and Billing · Processing of the Annual Company Statements · Preparation of ATO correspondence and any other documentation required to be submitted to Client, ATO or any other Institution. · Provide lodgement assistance for the Clients · Preparation of Client Packs for the Engagement team · Setting up the Clients on various Softwares · Prepare reports for the team as required · Perform data entry/coding tasks on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as necessary · Perform administrative and operational duties for all the processes which includes work allocation, application testing, database maintenance of the team, assistance during the movement process, and other administrative tasks as per the business requirement. · Communicate with the Australian teams as necessary · Attend training sessions necessary for technical and personal development as necessary · Collaborating, sharing new ideas and accountability. |
