Roles and Responsibilities:
Process incoming student and staff health forms, reviewing them based on varying requirements.
Update internal systems to reflect the current status of forms and processes for access by internal departments and clients.
Communicate in writing and by phone with staff and internal stakeholders.
Update tracking logs regularly.
Process requests for state fingerprinting and background checks.
Collect and synthesize data to produce reports as required to meet deadlines and requirements.
Create, track and provide rosters and other location-required documents and reports.
Perform administrative functions such as assembling and maintaining required records of activities and actions.
Prepare and track a variety of correspondence, and documents by prescribed procedures and under minimal supervision.
Process client privacy requests.
Other administrative duties, as may be assigned.
skills & qualifications:
1 year of minimum experience in an administrative function, preferably in a business, healthcare, or government environment.
Business-level English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication.
