Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate is responsible to identify bugs/issues on the OVH website through:
- Screening of flow on different domains of OVH regularly
- Watching customer journey video on lucky orange
- Screening of content on the website – images, load speed, translations, etc. and reporting this to respective teams
- Coordinating with different teams to get the issues resolved
- Regularly evaluating conversion reports to identify drops that are happening
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate from any stream.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred skill:
- Team player and quick learner
- Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
- Multi-Tasking
- Good Team Player
