Paytm Hiring Responsibilities

• Work closely with the region’s business development & content team to develop digital marketing plans for amplification of events on Paytm Insider.
• Implement platform, email, and social media marketing plans for events and categories on Paytm Insider.
• Track and report digital marketing plans for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Implement various optimization techniques for continued improvement in digital marketing performance!

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in campaign management on digital ad platforms including Facebook ads, Google Adwords and LinkedIn
• A thorough understanding of Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytical tools
• Hands-on experience in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Clevertap
• A thorough understanding of different email marketing strategies such as drip campaigns, follow-up campaigns, etc.
• An obsession with numbers and a keen eye for trends backed by relevant numbers
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience working in startups or other face paced environments
