Job Description

You will successfully complete all onboarding activities and associated company training, familiarizing yourself with all systems, applications, and team/company policies as applicable
You will successfully complete all assigned training and associated certifications to allow you to work independently in your assigned line of business(es)
You will familiarize yourself with all applicable process flows and refer back to support documentation as needed
You will begin interacting with all cross-functional teams to support the E2E process
You will familiarize yourself with VMware and WWBO strategies, vision, and Goals
You will begin to meet team KPIs around speed quality and automation to help ensure operational excellence.

Requirements, or skills

Accurately review and release invoices for several different products/services
Ensure timely release of all invoices within SLA
Identify any billing discrepancies and follow up as needed
Case and ticket management to ensure any pending invoices are resolved in the shortest possible timeframe
Produce and maintain daily reports and files
Work across multiple applications and billing engines
Interact with sales teams, IT, Revenue, and other internal groups as required to support the E2E process
Provide suggestions to enhance processes and simplify operations
Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
