Pre-requisites:

Understanding of network/server infrastructure, active directory, endpoints, and IT processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Open to traveling globally
Knowledge of IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions, and an experience in pre-sales or technical account management is an added advantage

Your responsibilities include:

Handling end-to-end pre-sales engagements and presenting our solutions at events both in-person and online
Providing technical responses to the Tender/RFP/RFI
Devising scope, statement of work, architecture, and other onboarding documentation
Acting as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts
Retaining customers through our customer success program
