Capgemini Job Description

Partner with internal corporate HR teams, to ensure the smooth execution of corporate-level initiatives

Conduct SWOT analysis and failure mode assessments

Conduct internal assessments on efficiency and effectiveness

Design dipstick surveys to assess employee/candidate experience and sentiment

Set up reviews and governance mechanisms

Create internal branding for key projects in partnership with project owners and Marcom

Create a baseline on key metrics and drive measurable improvements

Analyze trends & metrics in partnership with other HR departments

Primary Skills

Candidate should have project management experience (six sigma or PMP exposure/certification preferred)

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & data analytics must have the ability to deep dive into data for insights and recommendations

MBA HR specialization

Experience in working on organizational projects

Project management exposure is a must in preferred areas of consulting or digital HR project implementations

Secondary Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, fearless communicator with a bias for action

Excellent attention to detail, planning, and strategic thinking
