CarDekho Job Details

1. Managing the RC transfer process for used cars in a region

2. Evaluation & verification of transfer documents to ensure correct documents are available with correct

details

3. Management of RC transfer documents & handover to an external agency for RC transfer

4. Discussing with an external agency to confirm the cost involved per case

5. Coordinating with External agencies to ensure the timely transfer of RC

6. Resolving all issues related to RC transfer, ensuring timely completion of RC transfer

7. Adherence to the RC management system, updating the status of cases on a regular basis

8. Doing Reconciliation of closed cases with concerned stakeholders on a periodic basis

9. Communication & Stakeholder Management

10. Timely providing information & status of cases with the Internal team & external stakeholders to maintain

proper transparency

11. Follow up with concerned persons in case any document or unforeseen issue is unavailable.
