Job Responsibilities

• Create client-ready deliverables in accordance with the templates and requirements outlined in the SOPs and on time

• Ensure that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions

• Generate simple reports and provide status updates 

• Data collection from online resources and development deliverables in various formats 

• Format deliverables in accordance with brand guidelines and instructions

• Create deliverables and complete assigned tasks as per agreed SLAs

• Creates deliverables that adhere to the SOPs and templates and are error-free

• Performs self-review check of all deliverables before submitting to QC

• Owns the deliverable to ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards of CoAE 

• Seeks feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance

• Shares and exchanges knowledge with team members and peers

• Helps fellow team members to ensure large deliverables are completed efficiently and with quality

Qualification and experience

Required:

• 0-2 years of professional experience 

• Bachelor’s degree

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Ability to follow instructions and execute without error

• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work virtually 

• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of databases like D&B Hoovers, Refinitiv, etc will be beneficial

Work Timings: Rotational shifts –

8 am to 5 pm and 2 pm to 11 pm
