• Problems concerning system function(s) have been escalated through a problem ticket process.
• Coordinates, and conducts install, move, add, and change (ICMS) activities based on complex activities.
• Training to client population on systems and products to eliminate recurring errors and where appropriate provides recommendations for improvements.
• Maintains currency regarding the technological, process, and/or other advances, specifically in the line of service, to ensure team performance and to achieve team objectives.
• Data for daily metric reporting.
• Systems software and hardware documentation and assesses system information.

Skills:

• Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing.
  
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
  
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach demonstrated proficiency with written English and with an accent.
  
• Should be able to work on a flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
