Job Description:

Issue Purchase Orders based on the demands or Purchase Requisitions received from the engineering or the planning team.

Drive Order Acknowledgement and Order fulfillment as per the Need Date or the Promise Date by closely working with the supplier, logistics & the fulfillment teams of the business.

With the urgency of any requirement, the candidate will have to pull in or push out orders & update the ERP for any change in supplier Promise Dates.

Adherence to the KPIs & business SLAs is mandatory.

Responsible for helping suppliers resolve any outstanding invoices which have not been paid.

Work closely with the suppliers & other business functions like Warehouse, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, etc. to resolve any Material Discrepancy & work efficiently to drive fulfillment to avoid any delays in shipping.

Responsible for preparing & reporting their own KPIs & SLAs.

Preferred qualifications

Should possess Excellent Expediting skills

Must possess sound knowledge of order confirmation, expediting delivery, Excel & SAP tool

Should possess good interpersonal skills & must be a team player

Should have a basic understanding of End to End Sourcing and

Procurement processes and their implications in a manufacturing industry

Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP ERP

Sourcing specific certifications like CPM, and SPSM is a plus.
