Note:

1. We are hiring for Full-Time Employment with HCL, But there will be a Bond for a period for 2 Years

2. After completing 1st Year, they will have a common hike in CTC

3. After completing the 2nd Year, they will have a general performance appraisal. Based on that they will have CTC Revision

4. If the employee wants to relieve within the 2 Years bond period, they have to pay a fine of Rs. 1.25 Lakhs (bond amount) before relieving the organization

5. There will not be any monetary benefits to referrers from the HCL side.
