HSBC Hiring In this role, you will:
· Provide Automation solutions for Business Processes and solve their operational needs
· Ensure automation solutions are as per established standards and quality requirements
· Ensure automation solutions are supported for successful day to day executions and assist in
enhancements as and when needed
· Provide support for junior Pod members for delivering and improving
· Review code and documentation prepared by team members and suggest improvements
· Communicate with stakeholders right from requirement gathering to deployment and further
· Suggest innovative solution and process ideas
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Role holder expected have strong problem-solving mindset to ensure deliveries are on time and with
high quality
· Experience of delivering RPA Solutions as part of delivery teams preferably using Blue Prism
· Clear communication and ability to translate complexity into plain language
· Problem solving and critical thinking
